Not only that, but by failing to decriminalize cannabis states like California lose about a billion so much needed cash, which instead goes to drug gangs.
Although Prop 19 failed to pass now, it’s most probably just a matter of time. As we see time and again that Prohibition-like laws just DON’T WORK.
Currently, most of the public Medical Marijuana companies are pinkies:

… some of which not in a great shape, so investing in the field appears quite risky. But if any of these manages to remain afloat until next elections,
