Imaging3, Inc. (IMGG.pk) has been maintaining slightly unrealistic market cap with regards that their product isn’t FDA approved for more than a year now. The steady drop in PPS rightfully reflects the lack of any substantial updates on product development and approval process…

    …and then there is the NSE letter that they received in October 2010. Apparently, sending in TIFF’s and GIF’s is not enough for the FDA. Who’da thunk it?
