Cell Therapeautics, Inc (NASDAQ:CTIC), The King Of Dilution

Penny stock video about Cell Therapeautics, Inc (NASDAQ:CTIC) which is great at dilution, not only because it does it all the time, but also because after 19 years of nothing substantial, the company is still able hang on NASDAQ. However, this might not last so much longer.

1Your history is clouded. CTI has developed Trisonex and marketed Zevalin, both cancer drugs on the market today helping people. The management share grants you mention are not vested, and will not vest until certain company milestones are achieved. If those milestones are achieved all shareholders can benefit. If the milestones are not achieved the shares forfeit back to the company. CTI plans on filing an MAA in the EU this fall for marketing approval for pixantrone and will also meet with the FDA to propose a new clinical trial for pixantrone in the US.
